Membership
We hope you will consider joining the members of the Kentucky Association of Blind Athletes Inc. (KABA). If you are interested in team sports, or in individual activities and you live in the Metro Louisville area or reside anywhere else in the commonwealth of Kentucky then use the sign up form on this page.

All Members are required to pay annual dues of $10.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children to join KABA. To join, please complete the form below. Download the sign up form, fill it out entirely and send the sign up form and registration fee to:
